If you’re aged between 18-55 and are a UK resident, you can apply for a Bonus CashBuilder Plus Plan. To get an idea of how much your benefits could be, take a look at the tables below. Simply choose an example starting monthly premium and then select your age. Starting premiums range from £10 to £100 a month in multiples of £5. If your age isn't shown, you can use the figures shown on either side of your age as a guide. Alternatively call us on 0800 904 7639 for your own personal illustration.

Bonus CashBuilder Plus pays out a guaranteed minimum cash sum after 15 years. Please note that this cash sum will be less than the premiums you have paid. The Plan also aims to add bonuses by investing your premium in the With Profits Fund. The With Profits Fund invests in a range of investments, including shares and property, whose value can go down as well as up. The Projected Cash Sum figures are only examples and are not guaranteed - you could get back more or less than these. What you will get back depends on how your investment grows and on the tax treatment of the investment. Most firms use the same rates of growth for projections but their charges vary. Do not forget that inflation would reduce what you could buy in the future with the amounts shown.

The figures shown assume that the premiums are paid for the full 15 years. If you stop paying your premiums, you might get back less than you have paid in and the Plan has no cash-in value during the first year.

As an added benefit, your Plan automatically includes a small amount of life cover as shown. The levels of cover shown assume that you’ll be accepted on our normal terms. If this is not the case, the life cover will be significantly less than the amounts shown.

The low start feature is designed to help you start saving, but you should remember that your monthly premium will go up by 20% of the starting premium each year for the first five years and will then stay the same for the rest of the Plan.
